Cape May County has been my home my whole life! I'm not going to lie I tried to run away after college, but the beautiful and sweet Cape May County kept calling me back. In 2010 I married my best friend and we now have two awesome kiddos who I beg to model for me on the daily.

My interest in photography started when I was pregnant with my son. I wanted to capture every movement he made and every milestone he reached. I felt like my phone camera just wasn't getting the true excitement and emotion with each picture. So as a gift, my husband bought me my 1st "real" camera. I ran right to the computer and signed up for a photography class to learn all that I could. To this day, I'm still enjoying learning all that I can. 

After two years of taking photos of my children, friends and family, I realized this is want I wanted to do as a career! So in March 2017 I made the decision to start Dawn Marie Photography and in 2021 I opened my own studio. 

The thing I have loved most about this career is all the connections I have made with my clients. I love learning about them and their families before our session, so when the day arrives it is as if we were already friends making it so exciting to show them the final results!

I am enjoying every step of the this journey and I am so excited to meet and capture  YOUR memories. So let's get started NOW!
